How your silk travels, and what happens if it is not right

Shipping

• Shipping within Thailand is free.
• International orders usually arrive in 7–10 days.
• International shipping costs depend on the destination and the size of the order. We confirm the cost with you before the cloth is sent.
• We currently ship to China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, many European countries and Australia. Write to us if your country is not listed.

Returns and refunds

• You can return a cloth within 7 days of the day it is delivered.
• The cloth must come back as it arrived: uncut, unwashed and unused. A cloth that has been cut, washed or sewn cannot be returned.
• Write to us first with your order ID (it starts with SL-). We reply with the return address.
• Return shipping is paid by the buyer. If we sent the wrong piece, or the cloth has a flaw that the photographs did not show, we pay the return shipping.
• When the cloth has arrived and been checked, we refund the price of the cloth to the payment method you used.
• Small irregularities are part of hand weaving. We photograph the face, the reverse and the hem of every piece so you can see them before you buy.
